About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the mezzanine level of our apartment building.
The apartment is located in the Oberwürzbach district of Sankt Ingbert, in the quiet
neighborhood of Reichenbrunn, right at the foot of the wooded Hochscheid.
You can park your car in our paved courtyard. The driveway is
illuminated at night (motion sensor).
Access to the vacation rental is via a separate front door with a code-operated
security lock. All rooms are equipped with modern, energy-efficient LED lights
and plenty of electrical outlets. The house features a
wood-pellet central heating system with adjustable radiators in all rooms.
The triple-glazed soundproof windows ensure a pleasant, quiet atmosphere.
For your safety, smoke detectors have been installed that automatically raise the electric roller shutters and turn on the lights throughout the entire apartment in the event of smoke.
Apartment in Hochscheid:
The 66-square-meter apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway; it has been completely renovated and brought up to the latest technical standards. This non-smoking apartment is newly furnished for two people and is suitable for people with allergies.
On-site costs: After booking, a 20% deposit is due via bank transfer; the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the full amount is due immediately. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out should take place by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. The door access code will be provided in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
