The 60-square-meter, individually furnished vacation apartment features a separate bedroom decorated in an Alpine style, and the living/kitchen/dining room is lovingly furnished with family heirlooms; the sleeper sofa can accommodate 2 additional guests if needed. Modern touches and two cozy work areas round out the homey atmosphere. Practical amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a toaster, coffee makers, bed and table linens, towels, game collections, and small toys make it easy to organize your vacation or work-from-home stay.
On-site costs: The price includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, a game collection and small play equipment, parking, and use of spices, oil/vinegar, and dips. • A 50% deposit will be charged immediately after booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. • Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost • Keys will be handed over at the apartment • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM and by arrangement; check-out: by 11:00 AM • Pets are not allowed. • A crib is not available; however, a high-quality pull-out couch for 2 people is available (10.00 per night per person). • Tourist tax, effective as of 01.04.2023:: 3.00 per night for adults, 1.90 per night for guests up to 16 years of age. This must be paid by bank transfer before arrival. • Food and beverages: Guests can reach the village store, located 300 m away, in 3 minutes. • Other applicable fees: none
