Centrally located and quiet vacation rental in Marburg.
We are renting out a beautiful, fully equipped vacation rental for two people in a very quiet and idyllic location in Marburg. The apartment is centrally located and offers access to the adjacent garden and outdoor seating area, complete with seating and a beach chair.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and is strictly non-smoking. It consists of a living and dining room, a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with natural light and a shower, and a hallway.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, radio, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, hair dryer, towels, bed linens, an espresso machine, and shared use of a washing machine and dryer.
A parking space is available free of charge.
Our apartment can also be rented for longer periods. The rental price for a long-term lease is determined in consultation with the landlord.
Habichtstal Vacation Rental:
The apartment is equipped with a TV, radio, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, hair dryer, towels, bed linens, and an espresso machine, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer.
On-site costs: A prepayment of the total travel price is due within 7 days of booking. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Payment is due in advance via invoice. Check-in from 2:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the PIN for the key safe after payment is received. Pets are not allowed. Crib: not available. Starting at 01.01.2026, the city of Marburg charges a tourism fee of two euros per person per night. This fee applies to all persons over the age of 18 who do not reside in Marburg and are staying overnight in the city limits for a fee—regardless of whether they are traveling for personal or business purposes. The tourism fee is charged in addition to the room rate. The fee is collected by the landlord prior to arrival and remitted to the city of Marburg. The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted together as one night’s stay.
Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
