A bit unsatisfied

The location is great, very close to center and palace. The building itself is modern and has elevator. The place itself was okay but nothing too great.

When I arrived I got informed that the room I booked (with balcony) is not available and I got a downgraded room without balcony, a worse value one, without changing the price in any way. The place itself lacked extra pillows or extra blankets, there was only one toilet paper roll, without spares, we ran out of it as it was for 4 nights, the place overall lacked in basic things, it was very bare minimum.

I felt right at home. :)

The building is quiet, and the area is perfect—very close to Pallace and Tudor Vladimirescu. Aside from the day I picked up the key, I wasn’t bothered by the owners or the property management staff. Any extra requests I had (more towels, an iron, a hair dryer) were fulfilled without any issues. A large refrigerator, a stove, and a washing machine—I’d say it’s fully equipped for anyone who wants to spend a few days in the city. The spacious balcony is perfect for smokers or simply for those who want to enjoy the morning sun while having their coffee. Secure parking. I’m happy to recommend this place. The guys get an 10/10.

I have nothing to complain about. You might want to know that you'll need slippers when you get here if you don't like walking around the house in socks or your outdoor shoes. Other than that, everything lived up to my expectations.

Bad experience

Location

the bath tub was dirty from previous guests, very dirty oven trays, used kitchen sponge, hairy sheets, dusty floor, soiled sofa and armchair, the balcony was filled with excrements and the stuff was very rude plus the lift was not working for couple of hours and had to take the stairs to the 9 floor and super noisy apartment could hear everything from the upstairs neighbours

never again

- nothing, room very small and very pricy for that money
