Located near the Cà Rezzonico stop (ACTV Line 1 and Alilaguna Line A), just a short walk from Campo Santa Margherita and Ca’ Foscari University, the apartment is easily accessible by public transportation or on foot.
Access to the private dock is available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or upon request.
