Terrible experience —avoid this place. They double-booked my apartment and left me stranded at 21:00. I called for over an hour several numbers provided before someone finally answered (she was nice and calm), only for her to tell me she wasn't a decision-maker and offered sub par solution at midnight. The manager completely ghosted me and never returned my calls, even the next day! For two days, they refused to confirm a refund, so double booked me but REFUSED to confirm refund! I only got my money back because Booking.com intervened. I had to scramble to find a last-minute alternative that didn't meet my needs. Double-bookings happen, but ignoring a stranded guest for 48 hours is completely unacceptable. No decent human being would treat anyone this way, let alone their own customer.

Gute Lage mit viel Reklamationen

Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt neben der Metrostation Etienne Marcel, Restaurants, schöne Geschäfte und Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür oder in der Nähe. Der Louvre fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung in der Küche z.B. von Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle war hochwertig, eine Nespressomaschine vorhanden und eine Waschmaschine. Die Matratzen waren gut. Mülleimer unten im Hof vorhanden. Großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank.

Das Bettsofa war bei unserer Ankunft beim Ausklappen kaputt, da u.a. Schrauben ausgerissen waren. Von einem Fenster fehlte der Griff, das Fenster war somit nicht schließbar. Es fehlte der anklickbare Topfgriff von einem Stapel von (neu aussehenden Töpfen). Ich habe dann den Service von checkmyguest kontaktiert, die sehr schnell reagiert haben und auch am Sonntag kamen Handwerker. Allerdings wurde dann noch ein Teppich unter dem Bettsofa versprochen zur weiteren Stabilisierung, der kam dann aber nicht. Desweiteren ist der Tisch vor dem Bettsofa zu groß, wenn das Sofa ausgeklappt ist, ist es sehr eng. Bei dem Bogen in der Mitte des Raumes muss man sehr aufpassen, sich nicht den Kopf zu stoßen. Der Teppich unter dem Esstisch ist zu groß und eine Stolperfalle. Die Schrankklappe vor der Waschmaschine war falsch justiert, so dass man nicht frei die rechts daneben liegenden Schubladen öffnen konnte. Bei großer Hitze ist die Wohnung warm, das sollte man wissen, es gibt aber ein Ventilator und ein Klimagerät. Wenn man die Fenster öffnet, ist es laut, das ist aber natürlich verständlich bei der Lage inmitten von Bars und Restaurants. In der Küche fehlen eigentlich Wassergläser und mehr kleine Löffel, eine Spülmaschine wäre nett, aber da ist wohl kein Platz dafür. Am Ende ist uns noch aufgefallen, dass der Korkenzieher abgebrochen in der Schublade lag, somit unbenutzbar. Im Schlafzimmer stehen Nachttischlampen mit Kabel, aber es gibt keine Steckdose am passenden Ort dazu. Ein Bild hing nur noch am ausgerissen Rahmen an der Wand. Zusammenfassend ist die Wohnung schlecht gepflegt und das Ziel eine gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft zu bieten wird nicht erfüllt.

The location is excellent, but our stay was severely disrupted. The host failed to inform us that part of the ‘Fête de la Musique’ festival would take place directly beneath the apartment, resulting in unbearable noise, shouting, and crowds late into the night. With temperatures reaching 35–37°C inside and no air conditioning, we were left with only one broken fan, which we had to repair ourselves and move between rooms. The lack of basic care and consideration was unacceptable, and we are extremely disappointed.
