Excellent location, very clean and spacious

The apartment had all the facilities promised, was clean and very central

Everything was excellent. If anything could have been improved i would say that the bed frames could be modernised.

Central location, spacious, good value, kind host.

The location was very central and easily walkable to dining and shopping. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was in a louder location. The downstairs courtyard and apartment balconies were enjoyable. We booked this location because it had a kitchen, washer, AND dryer. The beds were comfortable, but we did have to buy extra bed pillows. Denny was generally very responsive and provided contacts to assist with our needs.

The cleanliness of the apartment was lacking (hair/crumbs on floors, crumbs in kitchen and fridge, pink frozen leakage in freezer, spots on toilet seat). You cannot have the washer and dryer on at the same time because it will trip the breaker. The kitchen also lacked basic items for cooking. We selected an after midnight check-in since our flight didn't get in until late, and it was approved. The apartment was hard to find when using the provided address on Booking. The streets around the apartment are difficult to navigate and often get blocked for the night. This made it extremely difficult for us to find parking the night we arrived. We drove around awhile before getting a response with detailed instructions on how to get into the property.- This was only due to the late hour, as Denny was very responsive otherwise.

Excellent host, location , views...will be back!!

The host is amazing. Good communicator and responsive to all requests. Had a slight issue in bathroom and immediately fixed. We stay 40 days for perspective. The apartment is in a fantastic building (new with elevator and security), city center and the street boasted several good restaurants. Bev/s, L'Osteria, Casa Cafe, and Kopé Steakhouse was a short walk. Grocery store close as well. The apartment met our long terms ned and had a washer and dryer which was awesome. The windows opened up to a view of city and mountains. Had a terrace / balcony which was great for sitting outside.

Perfect. Brighten the place up with some paint. :)
