Incómodo y sucio.
La ducha. El resto fue un desastre absoluto.
Para empezar, cuando reservamos NO figuraba en ningún sitio que el alojamiento no proporcionaba sábanas ni toallas ni trapos de cocina, los propietarios añadieron la foto DESPUÉS de nuestra reserva. El apartamento es pequeño, si abres la puerta del baño no puedes abrir la del dormitorio. La limpieza es cosa de los huéspedes, hay reglas sobre cómo tienes que dejar el apartamento cuando te marchas. Obviamente, no se hace y todo estaba sucio, había pelos en la cama, en el lavabo, en la pared y hasta en el frigorífico (adjunto fotos, espero que Booking las publique). El hervidor estaba lleno de cal, el microondas sucio, algunos utensilios de cocina también y el edredón tenía una mancha asquerosa difícil de obviar. La pila de la cocina sucia, el cubo de basura también y la campana llena de grasa. Afortunadamente siempre llevamos toallitas desinfectantes y la mesa de la cocina tenía tanta suciedad que al limpiarla con ellas se quedó la marca de la mano (adjunto foto)
Los comentarios de clientes deben ser falsos porque uno de ellos (Adeline, lunes 6 de enero de 2025) dice que la ropa de cama es buena. Si no la proporcionan, ese comentario debería ser eliminado. Como fueron días de mucho calor apenas pudimos descansar porque no hay ni un ventilador y el alojamiento solo tiene tres ventanas que dan al mismo lado, a un balcón en un patio compartido. Un horno.
El día antes de nuestra salida recibí DOS mensajes para que yo me pusiera en contacto con la propietaria. Si ella tenía interés en hablar conmigo debería haberme llamado ella y no molestar a los huéspedes pidiendo que sean ellos quien la llamen. Simplemente quería quedar para estar presente en el alojamiento en nuestra salida y controlar que todo lo habíamos dejado según las reglas de la casa; fue muy incómodo.
