Misleading, reviews are not inclusive of the neighborhood quality and arrival process difficult.

The host is a nice person, and the unit was clean.

We did not like the neighborhood. My female partner did not feel safe and I was disappointed in the descriptions available of the neighborhood. Across the street from the building were two people who seemed to be negotiating a physical engagement and the person who was dressed in women's clothing fondled the man in his groin area. As of this writing there is street work being conducted which smells like sewage. The instructions for the key collection were never provided via messaging and I had to call the host. After the host came out to meet us, she led into the building where the key was stored in an unlocked cabinet. Photo attached. The metal window shutters were closed when we arrived and no instructions were demonstrated or written on how to operate them. Ultimately we left the unit shortly after arriving and returned the keys to the unlocked cabinet in the hallway. I messaged the host that we would not be staying and she did not respond for several hours. I finally filed a report with booking.com regarding the quality of the neighborhood and what I believed to be a misrepresentation of the property. Three days later the host responded to indicate she was not responsible for the neighborhood, she was insulted by my comments provided to booking.com and my expectations were too high. For the price we paid, I believe my expectations are warranted. We ultimately found a different location and I expect the host of this unit will not reimburse us. Buyer beware.

Très bien

Bel appartement bien agencé, super salle de bain, très propre. Pas mal d'équipement comme la cafetière et des condiments disponibles. Place de parking au niveau de la pharmacie en soirée pas loin ainsi qu'un bon petit restaurant marocain à quelques minutes à pied.

Quartier bruyant en soirée (beaucoup de passage de scooters et de conversations bruyantes). Pour des personnes qui ont des soucis de dos, la literie manque de fermeté et c'était peu agréable. L'une des plaques de cuisson faisait disjoncter le compteur mais l'autre fonctionne très bien.
