DAMP SMELL and bad for my health: So bad I had to move to another place half way through my stay!

- As soon as I opened the front door to the actual apartment, it smelt damp in the whole flat. When I opened all the cupboards in the kitchen and checked the crockery and utensils, they smelt damp, I had to wash them before using them. - As the flat smelt so damp, I tried to air the apartment, but inevitably had to check out half way through the week as I was so uncomfortable, I couldnt sleep properly and was starting to cough like the neighbour upstairs and I was worried for my health. - When I mentioned this to the owner, they said it 'wasnt part of their booking policy' to refund and the property was advertised as sold so wouldnt refund me. BUT YOU CANT SMELL A FLAT FROM A PICTURE, therefore they carry on advertising as if its fine, but take it from me, ITS NOT, DO NOT BOOK THIS unless you want to stay in a damp smelling, potentially dangerous to your health flat and one that isnt safe. Other things (SEE PHOTOS) -The instructions that were auto sent to get into the place were wrong, the door wasnt the same, I thought I had been scammed at first - When I got in the first door, it looked like a building site, wires hanging down and rope, paint pots and ladders in the corner, not finished - The towels smelt unclean - The back door didnt shut properly so I felt unsafe, so I kept the shutters down - The bathroom window didnt lock and as it was downstairs I felt unsafe -The wifi flagged to me that it wasnt a secure network so I didnt join the network - The upstairs flat were so loud walking around, dropping things, coughing all the time (probably because of the damp) I had to wear earplugs to sleep - They say there is ironing facilites but there is only an iron, the board has no cover on it for use -There are old Christmas decorations in the cupboard so they are not able to be used, they also smelt damp so I didnt put my clothes in them. - The stairs were quite unsafe I had to really hold on to get to the bed at the top.

The apartment has potential but everything is broken and dirty.

The TV was good.

It was very dirty, cockroaches and everything was almost broken. We lost a 200 euro deposit on a door that we did not use. It feels very dirty with bugs running around.

Estafa, no reserves aquí.

No me gustó nada, era una reserva para 4 personas. La cama principal bien, el sofá cama no podían dormir 2 personas porque se caía, era muy pequeño e inestable. Te piden dinero de fianza (200€) si no, no te dan el acceso, lo pagas y luego dice que dejaste el apartamento sucio (trastos de la cocina sin lavar y basura en el cubo de basura), ahora resulta que me retienen 120€ por una limpieza profunda, sin contar que al hacer la reserva ya había pagado 40€ por limpieza, pero dicen que no incluye esos 40€. Es decir, 160€ por limpiar un mono ambiente. Por otro lado, tiene una pequeña terraza que huele a desague.

Zimi ne bi preporucili, leti ne znamo kako je.

Prostor je bio lep na izgled, okej lokacija blizu plaze, u kuhinji ima posudje za spremanje.

Jastucnice i posteljina su bili prljavi, bilo je mnogo hladno, a struja u celom apartmanu nam se gasila na po 2 sata, jer imaju ukljucenu stednju struje. Smrzli smo se mnogo, klima i kad radi ne moze da zagreje ceo onaj prostor. Terasa je jako mala, prljava i uvek smrdi na hranu koju drugi spremaju, najbolje da se ne otvara ako nema potrebe. Takodje, depozit smo cekali 7 dana, iako u opisu stoji da se vraca na dan odjave, jedva su mi odgovorili.
