Location, cleanliness, quiet.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the entire apartment. No support staff helped to fix during the entire stay. The WIFI didn’t work for first couple of days and the support staff was not proactive enough to fix.

AVOID

The location was good for what we were looking for and the actual beds provided were fine but we could not even enjoy this due to the conditions of the rest of the apartment

Do not book this property under any circumstances. We stayed here as a group of 7 from Ireland and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival at Apartment 1, we were greeted with a vile stench of mould. Inside, one of the sofa beds was completely covered in thick mould and filth, and it didn’t even have a proper mattress. When we complained to the host on WhatsApp, their shocking solution was to just give us some sheets to cover up the toxic mould. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work for the majority of our stay. As we aren't used to the extreme heat, we specifically booked this place for the AC. The host left the wrong remotes and delayed fixing it for days, meaning the lack of air circulation made the mould and heat unbearable. Most disturbingly, there were rats scratching, running, and scurrying inside the walls constantly at night. It was completely unhygienic and inhumane. The host offered nothing but an insultingly inadequate late checkout. Worse still, Booking.com have refused to issue a proper refund, hiding behind "policies" because the dodgy host won't agree to it. They tried to buy us off with a pathetic amount of wallet credits. We are now forced to take this to our bank and the CCPC to get our money back. Avoid Homenfun like the plague—absolute scammers. They refuse to work with booking.com to provide ANY apology or compensation. We also have video and photo evidence of all of this I also have not received my €250 deposit yet

We won't be back

It was clean, shower water was hot with good pressure and apartment location was good.

First of all, we are two couples (pensioners) and I had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms several months in advance. Full payment in advance and security payment of 250euros before given door entry code. Just received this payment back 19 days after departure !! Apartment was on two levels, street level and below. First, the lower level was dark and depressing, one large room which we didn't use, the bedroom was single size but had a double bed squeezed in against a wall, no headboard etc. The bed and mattress were poor quality and uncomfortable. The room had 1 small interior window with bars. Bathroom was ok but lacking shelves and hooks. The upper (street) level room had kitchen, eating area, and sofa with the bedroom partioned and not a seperate room. The kitchen lacked utensils, no wine bottle opener and only 1 teaspoon to share between 4 people!! How did I get this booking so wrong? I have reviewed the photos of "my booking" and see the pictures are taken from clever angles. Also many are from other superior apartments so you may be lucky or maybe not. To finish, there was no welcome note, town plan attractions etc or WiFi password. Instead, plenty of warning signs about parking, too much noise and hanging clothes on the balcony (what balcony). In all cases the police would be called. We won't be returning.

L’appartamento era nuovo, spazioso e luminoso, box doccia fantastico, molto spazioso
