I offer you my large T3 apartment of 54 m², renovated and very bright, located on the 2nd floor without elevator of the magnificent Chalet de la Pique, historic residence in Luchon.

The residence has a large park, a private parking lot and the apartment benefits from its private parking space.

The apartment is organized around a day and a night area.

Each room has two 140 cm beds.

Extra 90 cm beds on wheels are also available in each room.

➡️ Capacity for 6 people can be planned, especially with children.

🚿 A bathroom with shower, sink, storage space and heated towel rail.

🚽 Separate toilet.

At the entrance, you will also find a shoe cabinet.

📦 A private cellar is also available to store your equipment.

The residence is located at the foot of the Luchon golf course: a real delight for golf enthusiasts!

And for the others... everything is also within easy reach 😊

The centre of Luchon is within easy walking distance. In winter, shuttles also allow you to reach the various points of interest and activities of the resort.

🐶 Small pets are allowed, ideally up to about 10 kg for 50 euros per stay

I have pets myself and I am particularly sensitive to being able to go with our dear companions 🐾

🗝️ RECEPTION ON SITE

The apartment is managed on site by a very friendly local concierge.

Danielle, a real local star of Luchon ⭐, welcomes you personally, gives you the keys and remains available to facilitate your stay. She also takes care of the collection of the keys when you leave.

🧼 Cleaning fee: 50 € per stay.
