About this apartment rental
The "Zum Geisingberg" apartment measures 63 m² and features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a large extendable table that seats 8 people. The spacious bathroom (8 m²) has a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a large sink. The separate 12 m² bedroom features a double bed. A crib can be provided. The 16 m² living room/second bedroom has a pull-out sofa, a table, and an armchair. An extra bed can be provided.
A TV, radio, board games, and children’s games are available.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children (ages 8–10).
Vacation apartments in the Bielatal valley in Bärenstein/Saxony
Our vacation apartments are located at the entrance to the Bielatal, 1 km from the train station, in a quiet area.
Bärenstein is situated halfway between the winter sports resort of Altenberg and the watchmaking town of Glashütte, offering many interesting hiking trails right from your doorstep.
The city train provides good connections from Bärenstein to Altenberg or Dresden.
In the surrounding area, we’re happy to recommend
- the visitor mine and local history museum,
- Lauenstein Castle with its falconry and beautiful wildlife park,
- the Glashütte Watch Museum with its circular hiking trail through Glashütte,
- the luge and bobsled track in Altenberg/Hirschsprung,
- the observation tower in Oberbärenburg,
- for swimming: the Hüttenteich, Galgenteich, and the Lauenstein municipal pool,
- Altenberg Adventure Park with a climbing garden, summer toboggan run, and much more.
On-site costs: Payment on site must be made in cash within 3 days of arrival. For bookings made well in advance, a 50% deposit is due within 14 days, and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided on-site via a key box. You will receive the code via email one day before your arrival. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. The local guest tax must be paid on-site: 1.60 euros per person per day. No rentals to bachelor/bachelorette party groups.
