Unsere Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns daher sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile sind im Untergeschoss und sehr gut ausgestattet bzw. gemütlich. Sehr ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ulm und Umgebung. Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie sehr gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Dielen von Treppe und im Schlafzimmer knarksen stark, sodass man sich nicht ungestört aus dem Schlafzimmer schleichen kann. Fernseher nicht vorhanden, da musste der Laptop ausreichen.

Im grossen und ganzen in Ordnung.
Die Parksituation war nicht gut, obwohl in der Beschreibung es anders angegeben war. Leider kein Fernseher vorhanden. Bei diesen Preisen gehört ein Fernseher in die Räumlichkeiten.
