The rooms and bathroom are stupidly small and not designed for a couple at all.

It was close to the last stop on the bus so easy to find.

The room was absolutely ridiculously small! The bathroom was badly laid out and being so small was just impossible to have two people in there - as you do as a couple in a rush. The basin could have been built in the spare space in the corner. The shower was so small you bumped your elbows to clean yourself. The room had no space to put luggage. It was extremely annoying.

2 Nights in Gorgeous Queenstown

The hotel room was quite modern and new. It had all essentials, including a fridge and a kettle. The beds were quite comfy with nice pillows.The reception staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is well-located in a very close proximity to Queenstown airport (5 min drive or 20 min walk), which was very convenient for us as we were flying away from there. The hotel includes a lovely coffee shop serving the biggest caramel croissants we've ever seen, and the coffee was very nice too. Also, the hotel opposite has an excellent Thai restaurant - the salmon there was amazing!

The room and the bathroom were quite small. Also, the car parking space was very limited, but we were lucky enough to get a space on each of the 2 nights.

ベッド、部屋が狭い 2泊しましたが、2日目の夜に部屋に戻るとベッドメイクはされているものの1日目に使用したカップ、グラス、カトラリーとそのままの状態で置いてありました。シャワー、トイレとクリーニングされた様子もありませんでした。仕事がら海外のホテルによく泊まりますが、ハウスキーピングが部屋に入って使用済みのカップ等そのままにしてあったのは初めてで、非常にガッカリしました。

A nice comfortable stay for a night or two

Location is great, nice and clean also. Parking was easy too.

The gym wasn’t very well equipped and it was very hot in there!

close to airport, reasonable cost and clean rooms for an overnight stay

No restaurant open either in the hotel nor close by after arriving from flight at 8pm so no opportunity to have a meal after a long trip.

Expensive for one night, I wouldn’t stay again

close to airport, shops, restaurants, quiet, nice to have access to a washer/dryer, though would have liked a drying rack vs the dryer

This was my second time staying here, and this time I found it to be as mediocre as the last time. The bathroom in my room was dusty & didn’t look like it had been cleaned thoroughly, my room was very hot upon arrival & took a long time to cool off, not a lot of parking, expensive for a one night stay and not worth it

Convenient but not without issues

Convenient for airport, with Remarkables Shopping Centre within walking distance.

The twin room seemed small as there was a structural girder running through part of room and the room's layout wasn't entirely practical. Also wasn't impressed that despite advising of our late arrival days in advance we weren't sent any instructions re accessing our room key as promised. This meant we not only had to wait outside for someone to answer our call and provide access details, but we also copped attitude while doing so.

Neat, clean and close to shops and eateries in a new area of Queenstown

The ridiculously small sink in the kitchenette. Why would the tap spout extend beyond both sides of a sink? 🤔

Great location with eateries within walking distance

Been to Queenstown multiple times with work and leisure. I now prefer this newer area of Frankton with its continual growth of shops, food options and away from the traffic that older Queenstown CBD now encounters. The hotel was excellent from the front desk to the clean rooms. A very convenient cafe opposite reception was great for breakie etc. Would be a great base if you have a car wanting to venture out further. Airport is nearby and didn’t notice any noise within the room.
