Disgusting and not well kept.

The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were stainted, and the quilt was yellow.

The toilet roll handle was broken, the dishes were dirty, the shower glass was disgustingly dirty full of water and soap marks, they only provided 2 toilet rolls for a 6 day stay, the hand soap was filled with water rather then hand soap, the clothes dryer did not work because it was full and blocked with linen, the heater and air-conditioning did not work very well, the kitchen was full of dust, no spare blankets were given, the oven was dirty, the quilt was yellow and the white sheets had marks all over them and the couch had food marks on it. Absolutely DISGUSTING we were unable to cook because of the dirty dishes and because the kitchen was not clean and we were not going out to buy cleaning supplies out of pocket to clean this mess of a apartment.

8 / 10

Close to Karangahape Rd for good meals

Ease of check-in/out, pool&sauna, washing machine and dryer, location was close enough to cbd (15-20 min walk) but very close to theatre, k-road and a cityhop for going further afield. It was a quiet street.

Worth knowing the sauna run hours changed so only 2-8pm; no problem for me but good to know. Dishwasher was hard to open/close and judged not unable so I reported that - not too much of a bother to handwash.
