A great location in the old town—everything is within easy reach.

The entrance door wouldn’t open because the lock was broken. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone—we even had to ask someone from a bar to speak in Spanish for us. It was unclear who we were communicating with, as there seemed to be multiple owners. The beds were hard, everything was dirty, and there was dampness, mess, and mold inside. Also, there is a waste collection area nearby that operates all night.”😃

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Wir haben den Host angerufen und gefragt ob wir früher ein checken dürfen er meinte es geht nicht dann hat er doch die check-in daten eine halbe stunde früher geschickt ohne bescheid zugeben. Das wlan hat den ganze Aufenthalt lang nicht funktioniert. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist Müll (wort wörtlich). Badezimmer sehr klein und verschimmelt. Für das geld war es das wirklich nicht wert.

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta. L’appartamento di per sé non era male, arredato bene e con il minimo indispensabile.

L’appartamento, di per sé, avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma purtroppo la pulizia era davvero pessima. Il bagno si presentava in condizioni indecenti, sporco e con un odore sgradevole. Ogni giorno spuntavano piccole formiche nel bagno, soprattutto vicino al lavandino, segno di una scarsa igiene e manutenzione. Nell’alloggio abbiamo trovato una lavatrice con all’interno una coperta zuppa d’acqua, che emanava un odore terribile — abbiamo dovuto chiuderla in un sacchetto per non sentire la puzza. Per un soggiorno di otto giorni ci sono stati forniti solo un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica e un unico sacco per la spazzatura. Nessuna informazione su come gestire i rifiuti, la raccolta differenziata o dove buttarli. Lo staff non si è mai fatto sentire, nemmeno per aiutarci con il check-in, che è stato complicato perché il sito non funzionava e non siamo mai stati aggiornati in alcun modo. Inoltre, l’appartamento affaccia su una zona piena di cassonetti, con odore costante di spazzatura. Il letto non aveva lenzuola adeguate, e il materasso restava spesso scoperto, rendendo il riposo davvero scomodo. Nel complesso, un’esperienza deludente e sgradevole. Servirebbe più attenzione all’igiene, alla manutenzione e alla comunicazione con gli ospiti: così com’è, non lo consiglierei a nessuno.
