Ideal for 2 families!
The house is in the middle of a large garden, and 300m from the beach and the Jullouville sailing club. It can accommodate 10 people comfortably. It is composed of an entrance, a large living room, a fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) where it is possible to eat at 10 and 4 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms each containing 1 bed of 140*190
- 1 bedroom with sink and 1 bed of 180*200
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90*200 and 1 bed of 140*190.
There is a bathroom, a shower in the basement and 2 toilets. The garage has a washing machine.
The basement is finished. It contains a room with a ping-pong table and a sofa, a room with a sofa bed and finally a garage.
At the Eglantine, you will find board games, books for children and adults, a ping-pong table in one of the rooms in the basement, games (Breton shuffleboard, petanque, racket, etc.), bodyboards, a speed-sail (at low tide, the beach of Jullouville lends itself to it!) ... We also leave 4 adult bikes and 1 children's bike available. Outside, a table and chairs as well as 2 barbecues are available.
Possibility to book the services of a housekeeper during the stay.
Deposit check of 500€ on arrival. Cleaning fee 160€.
Additional information: the villa is not equipped with wifi, and does not have a TV.
