The apartment is located in a small villa on the outskirts of town, surrounded by greenery and 2 km from the beach at Castro Marina. It is well-furnished and features a 3-meter kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, 4-burner stove, various kitchen cabinets, and a dining table with 6 chairs. The bedrooms feature beds with orthopedic mattresses, nightstands, and a closet.
All the furnishings are simple and easy to clean. On the outdoor porch, there is a wooden table with benches.
The garden is very spacious and is located on the side of the house; it is furnished with a gazebo, lounge chairs, and a hammock, and also features a barbecue area and a washing machine. Parking is available on the property. From our location, you can easily reach all the beach towns in Salento; many tourists choose our area precisely for this reason, as well as for the beautiful sea.
In the village of “Vignacastrisi,” you’ll find everything you need: a bakery, a pharmacy, agritourism accommodations, restaurants, pizzerias, and more.
