The 45-year-old house, with its mature garden and beautiful magnolia tree, is regularly renovated and well-maintained. It features four bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room features a satellite TV, games and books for all ages, a sitting area, and a dining area. From here, you can access the garden and the patio, which has an awning, a large umbrella, and patio furniture. The bedrooms offer a high level of comfort with high-quality mattresses and bedding. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a new stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The property has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a new shower, bathtub, and toilet.
