Decepcionante

La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona

Falta de mantenimiento en general. La zona de la piscina muy abandonada, mucho gresite caído, lo que debía ser la zona de retorno de agua de la piscina "infinita" está muy sucio, con latas y más gresite desprendido, agua estancada...Debajo del fregadero había un cubo destinado a recoger las pérdidas de agua que tenía el fregadero y estaba lleno de agua sucia. Encontramos un calcetín ajeno detrás del sofá. Falta de utensilios de cocina. No había ventiladores en las habitaciones. Al menos sí fueron resolutivos a la hora de intentar subsanar las deficiencias comentadas. Es una pena porque la propiedad es bonita y espaciosa pero la falta de mantenimiento y conservación le resta encanto. Sinceramente fue decepcionante, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que la anuncian como villa de lujo

Decepción

La urbanización está muy bien, los vecinos muy correctos y una zona tranquila.

Una experiencia muy decepcionante. Al llegar al alojamiento, nos encontramos con latas de cerveza y tinto de verano tanto en la terraza superior como en la zona inferior de la piscina, algo bastante sorprendente teniendo en cuenta el precio y la categoría con la que se anuncia la villa. La piscina, que en las fotografías luce espectacular, nos la encontramos con gran parte del suelo levantado. De hecho, alguno de los amigos con los que compartí la estancia llegó a cortarse con las baldosas levantadas. Una situación que, además de resultar muy desagradable, considero que supone un riesgo evidente para los huéspedes, la ducha exterior, la de al lado de la piscina estaba completamente atascada, con agua verde rebosando. Por si fuera poco, uno de los días tuvimos la “sorpresa” de compartir nuestra villa de “súper lujo” con tres cabras, que tuvieron la amabilidad de hacer sus necesidades por el jardín. El sofá rojo que aparece en las fotografías estaba roto. Las sillas, por su estado, probablemente fueron de “súper lujo” hace unos 50 años: durante nuestra estancia una de ellas se rompió mientras se hacía un uso completamente normal de la misma. Uno de los baños de la primera planta tenía un olor fortísimo a tubería, como si estas estuvieran en un deplorable estado. También encontramos comida caducada en el congelador, incluyendo helados cuya fecha de caducidad era de 2022. Varias televisiones tampoco funcionaban y la presión del agua de los WC era bastante deficiente. A todo esto se suma el problema con la fianza de 300 €. Se nos acusa de haber manipulado los mandos de la depuradora y de haber causado molestias a los vecinos por poner música. Ambas acusaciones son falsas. En ningún momento manipulamos la depuradora y, si utilizamos altavoces, fue durante el día y respetando los horarios establecidos.

La casa una pasada, las habitaciones y la repartición de camas.

Algunos inconvenientes que encontramos al llegar. Pero por lo demás, caseros muy atentos y dispuestos, siempre intentando solucionar cualquier imprevisto.

La casa una pasada, las habitaciones y la repartición de camas.

Algunos inconvenientes que encontramos al llegar. Pero por lo demás, caseros muy atentos y dispuestos, siempre intentando solucionar cualquier imprevisto.

La zona de la piscina necesita mantenimiento tanto del tema gresite que están todos sueltos como por fuera que había muchas deposiciones de pájaros
