Avoid

The flat was clean, with everything necessary to spend a few nights.

I booked there for 3 nights and left after 2 nights due to the constant smell of cigarette inside the room (coming from the room beside and because previous guests must have smoked inside, whereas there’s a sign “smoking forbidden inside the room”). The communication with the owner was a disaster. She didn’t speak a single word of English and when I made her aware of the issue, she accepted to give me one night back as a compensation. I accepted the compensation and thought it was fair, and later during the day she asked me the leave the room to let the cleaner do her job. At that point, I had stayed one night and I had never cancelled the reservation, but she wanted to kick me out. She also said I should never come back and didn’t want me to book in the first place (make it make sense), which is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I decided to leave the flat early anyway, as I didn’t know what this crazy person was capable of. The neighbourhood is safe but not so good and the flat is very far away from the center. Before booking, I thought the rating of 9.6/10 would be a guarantee of quality, but not at all (fake, maybe?).
