Property (Le Mas d'Emilie in Vagnas) located on the border of the Gard and Southern Ardèche departments, just outside the village of Vagnas. This location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. You will enjoy complete privacy in a bright, single-story villa of 115m², boasting a beautiful 2000m² garden, landscaped with flowers and olive trees, fully enclosed and secluded, with a large 10x4m south-facing swimming pool, a pool house with shower and toilet, and garden furniture. The villa has 4 bedrooms (4 double beds, 140cm), 2 folding travel cots, a baby bath and changing mat, and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Located in a tourist and cultural area offering numerous possibilities: mountain biking, cycling, tennis, horseback riding, caving, canoeing, canyoning and of course swimming in the splendid surrounding gorges. The region is rich in archaeological heritage, and many weekly markets are held, notably the one in Barjac on Fridays. You can browse at your leisure in the flea markets of neighboring villages (Barjac International Flea Market and Antiques Fair at Easter and around August 15th). Barjac is enchanting! late August and early July and Barjac in Jazz late August.
