Welcome to our warm and fully equipped house, ideal for stays with family or friends! Located in Lanveoc, close to shops and amenities, this house offers a peaceful and green setting thanks to its large 2000 m² plot. The accommodation: 3 comfortable bedrooms: Each bedroom is bright and equipped with quality bedding for optimal sleep. 2 modern bathrooms: a shower room in the master bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. Fitted kitchen; Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, griddle, coffee maker, etc.). Living room: a welcoming space with a comfortable sofa, television, Wi-Fi, and a table for sharing meals. A large covered terrace provides an additional convivial space for enjoying drinks and barbecues with breathtaking views of the countryside. Large grounds: perfect for relaxing, organizing picnics, or letting children play safely. Guest access: You will have access to the entire house and the laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Linens, steam iron, ironing board. A large sink and an outdoor tap allow you to clean your nautical equipment. Other remarks: Non-smoking accommodation; smoking is permitted outside on the covered terrace.
