We are the middle unit in a block of three, and the driveway is shared with neighbours which means unfortunately no on-site parking.

This Bach was handy. Could walk everywhere . Everything was like 2mins away. The beach,a dairy, supermarket mall even z and mcds . Kids loved it. The place was nice and cozy and perfect for our needs. A nice little modernized Bach. Had all the necessities. The Host is easy to communicate with and even let me bring an extra child in to staybon the last night no extra charge.
I will definitely save this as a favorite place and will definitely stay here again. Papamoa is a lovely place..
The neighbors are friendly as well which also made it a nice place to stay

The bach is in a very good location, close to all amenities. A couple of functional things need attention. The roller door on the bathroom came off its hinges a few times and the toilet cistern button would stick and stay down leaving water running. Also the lockbox to retrieve the batch key from is very low to the ground, making it quite difficult to access for older guest.
