Apartment 5, located on the second floor, measures 68 m² and accommodates up to 6 people. You can access the apartment via the stairwell and the elevator. The large entryway, featuring a coat rack, mirror, dresser, and plenty of space for suitcases, strollers, walkers, or wheelchairs, divides the apartment into its various rooms.
Room 1: The first bedroom, facing north and featuring a French balcony, is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and plenty of space for your luggage. Bedroom 2: The small, west-facing bedroom with a French balcony is furnished with a comfortable bunk bed with two beds (90x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. It also features a dresser, coat hooks, and a desk. Room 3: The largest room on the south side of the apartment, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a French balcony, and direct access to the large terrace, can be used both as a charming living room and as a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). Carefully selected furniture and a flat-screen TV make the room versatile. The large living-dining area offers plenty of space for the whole family. The dining table right next to the floor-to-ceiling window leading to the terrace and the adjoining kitchen provide the highest level of comfort. A flat-screen TV across from the dining area provides entertainment from the kitchen, dining area, and even the terrace. From the living-dining area, a sliding door leads out to the very large, covered terrace. Here you’ll find a comfortable table for dining, playing, or working, as well as lounge chairs for relaxing.
