This vacation rental on the first floor, newly renovated and furnished in 2024, offers comfortable accommodations for 2 people in its 45 m² living space. The cozy living room, featuring a sofa and a flat-screen TV with internet access, as well as the separate reading nook with a comfortable wingback chair, invite you to relax and unwind. From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony with seating. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, Senseo pod machine, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm without footboard) and a functional three-door wardrobe with plenty of drawers and compartments. The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, a large vanity with a mirror, and a heated towel rack, rounds out the overall experience. A washer and dryer are available in the building for your laundry needs. Pets are welcome in our building by prior arrangement. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. OTTO’s Old Town Apartment has been in operation since 2024 and is located on the first floor of a lovingly restored, historic Jura-style house on Ludwigstrasse in the heart of Kelheim’s Old Town. Spanning a spacious 45 square meters, it features three cozy rooms that are modernly equipped while still reflecting the charm of the old Jura-style house. On the first floor of the building is a family-run wine bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine after an eventful day. You can park your bicycles safely and dry in the courtyard at any time; there’s also a charging station for your e-bikes. Thanks to its central location, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature in just a few minutes while also quickly reaching all major sights and recreational activities. In the immediate vicinity of our accommodation, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. In Kelheim and the surrounding area, a variety of sights and destinations await your discovery: picturesque hiking trails and bike routes, historic castles and palaces, enchanting natural landscapes along the Danube and Altmühl rivers, archaeological treasures from Neanderthals, Celts, and Romans, and much more. Whether you want to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights, here in Kelheim you’ll find something to suit every taste. Around the Old Town, there are many free parking spaces with no time limits available; the “P6 Aumühle” parking lot, with 74 free spaces, is about a 5-minute walk from the vacation rental.
