About this apartment rental
Ideally located, all within walking distance, 10 minutes from the Croisette, 5 minutes from the beaches, 3 minutes from Le Suquet, and with a pretty terrace. A private parking space in the condominium. With air conditioning, wifi, Tv, separate toilet.
You will find
- A large air-conditioned living room with a deck bed and a sofa bed and a TV.
- A large terrace closed by a bay window, sea view and the Esterel with a lounge area and a dining area.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer.
- A separate toilet.
- A fully equipped kitchen, with crockery, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
The apartment has only one large room where there is the deck bed as well as the sofa bed (140 for both beds). The kitchen and the terrace are separate from the room.
For winter periods, closed terrace for living, collective heating.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a quiet residence, equipped with an elevator and a caretaker.
The parking space is visible from the terrace of the apartment. Private place.
There is a small supermarket 3 minutes walk away for groceries. We do not provide sheets or towels. However, if you wish to have them, you will have to pay an extra fee.

I adored staying at Arnaud's studio for the week of the Cannes Lions festival. While I was in the area for work, the property was perfect for a quick midday getaway when I needed some solitude (and air conditioning!). The views out of the patio were gorgeous and it was a quick 8 minute walk to the beach. While check-in required some coordination with the property manager, I got to meet the lovely Alexandra as she introduced me to the flat and surrounding neighborhood. She was an absolute treat and incredibly kind.I'd be more than happy to stay at Arnaud's property in the future!
