Lovely property, noisy day/night- near main roads, location was not where it said it was.

Location on map pin (Google) suggested property was immediately to the right side road of the beach. The actual property was a 10min walk to the beach and near the busy cabo la nau (main road through Javea). If I had known the property was here, I would not have rented it. Misleading location!! The property itself though was lovely, just annoyed at being deceived in the first place by where I wanted to stay and where the property actually was. Need to update actual location then I'm sure people will very much enjoy their stay from the start as property is great and everything you need.

Lovely house aesthetically in convenient location.

Lovely property in good location for Arenal Beach, cafes, bars, and shops. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. Lovely garden with good furniture for dining and relaxing. As we visited over the Christmas/ New Year period and the weather was poor, mainly chilly and wet, heating was used and it worked efficiently.

We found the kitchen disappointing in that there was not an oven, as listed in the facilities. This was really disappointing as we love cooking as well as eating out. We rented this house because of the suggested kitchen facilities and wishing to cook over the Christmas period for my daughter who lives in Jávea. The agent was very sympathetic and arranged to have a small work top oven delivered but it took up too much of the very small counter top space and was too small and overheated quickly. It would have been better to have more towels and T towels on arrival as carrying these in luggage is not feasible. The parking is listed as being a private space which is not the case. It is public street parking and being big so close to beach etc it can be difficult to park.

Amazing property, beautiful location = Perfect relaxation

Well what can I say. The property is just absolutely amazing 🤩 , everything feels brand new and extremely clean! 🧽 The garden is absolutely the best selling point of this property and is where we found spending most of our time 😆 The beds are super comfy and every single room had air conditioning which was amazing, especially someone like me who likes to sleep cold. 😣 The pool looked decent as well, obviously during our stay it wasn’t really pool weather but looks decent and definitely a bonus if you had kids 🙈 The hosts for the property are super helpful and keep good and pleasant communication with you. Our first day was unfortunately the day of the Spain-wide power outage which caused us to lose cell-service however Francesca kept going to the property hoping to find us to let us in which was 10/10 service right there 😍 The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a long stay and we found ourselves cooking food and eating outside which we never do on holiday and we really enjoyed it 🍔 The location is also superb, it’s really close to all major supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. There is a nice English pub across the street if you want pints or soft drinks and best of all is a straight short walk down to the beach, within minutes! ☀️🌊 I would honestly recommend this property to any family, friends or couples! We often found ourselves staying at the property more than going out because of relaxing it was 🥰

One thing I didn’t like was the TV mount in the main master-bedroom. I think it would be much better on a moving arm rather than a fixed arm. I often found having to tilt my head a lot 🥴😣 however it’s rather a note than anything bad ☺️
