Charming 2-room apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of Riezlern with breathtaking views of the Kleinwalsertal. Features two loggias, a kitchenette, and access to hiking and skiing areas. Underground parking, free Walser buses, and proximity to restaurants and shopping. The perfect place to relax—with unlimited mountain rail access (from May 1 through November 8, 2026) included.
This charming 2-room apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Riezlern and is easily accessible by both car and bus. The living room with a kitchenette opens onto a spacious loggia, while the bedroom with a double bed adjoins a second loggia. From both rooms as well as the loggias, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the picturesque Kleinwalsertal. Even in winter, you can enjoy the sun all day long on the loggias. The “unlimited” mountain rail pass is included. From late April through early November, you have unlimited rides on the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal mountain railways! You can take up to two adult rides per day. Children and teenagers under 18 in the family ride for free.
Here you’ll experience peace and quiet along with a fantastic view—the perfect place to relax. Storage facilities for ski gear and an underground parking garage are also available.
The location in the Kleinwalsertal is ideal: both in winter and summer, numerous recreational opportunities await you around the Kanzelwandbahn and the Hoher Ifen. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the door, and the Kanzelwandbahn is just a 15-minute drive away, while the Hoher Ifen is about 20 minutes away. Both ski areas offer spacious slopes and runs to suit every taste.
Riezlern, with its shopping and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive away. In addition, several inviting restaurants are just a 10- to 20-minute walk away. The area is also well-connected by public transportation; the price includes free use of the Walser buses—ideal for a carefree winter and summer vacation.
The house is easily accessible by car, and a spacious garage is located directly below the house. In winter, the road is cleared regularly, so you’ll always arrive safely.

After completing your booking, you’ll receive further information about check-in. You can register independently at the Mittelberg municipal office; we will email you the corresponding access link and information about the WalserPass after your binding reservation is confirmed.
Please also note that guests must bring their own bath and kitchen towels as well as bed linens.
