This beautiful, approximately 95-square-meter penthouse apartment is located right in the heart of Emmelshausen. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator available) and features a large rooftop terrace. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
In addition to a large living/dining area with an open kitchen, you’ll find a bedroom with a box spring bed, one small room with a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and washing machine, the other with a shower).
The apartment offers an ideal starting point for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists. Both the Rhine and the Moselle are just a short distance away, where you can explore the beautiful countryside and ancient castles. Afterward, you can relax on the large rooftop terrace and enjoy the sunset.
An underground parking space and a bike storage room are available.
