Come on in to our green vacation rental, which is modern and wheelchair-accessible.
The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table opens onto the cozy sofa area in the living room.
The atmosphere throughout the room is enhanced by the open fireplace, which glows by candlelight in the evenings.
The three double bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep—for example, in a romantic four-poster bed.
The ground-level bedroom, with its bunk bed, offers versatile use (accessible for people with disabilities).
Start your day in our spacious spa bathroom with a walk-in shower and end it with a relaxing soak in the corner tub.
The balcony offers an evening outdoor experience with the setting sun, which you can enjoy in a particularly relaxed way while sitting in the hanging chairs.
In Brombach, right in the middle of the Overath-Kürten-Lindlar municipal triangle, in a wonderfully quiet location, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area on the edge of the forest, you’ll find my two vacation apartments, each with its own unique atmosphere, a separate entrance, and a balcony or terrace. They offer peace and relaxation far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

• 500 m to the restaurant, Mythos www.zur-eiche-overath.de
• 500 m to the bus stop (Line 421)
• 2 km to the supermarket with a bakery and butcher
• A4 highway 5 km away (no traffic lights), Untereschbach exit
• S-Bahn station in Overath (9 km)
• Extensive network of hiking trails
• Varied Nordic walking, cycling, and e-bike routes (we’re happy to provide storage facilities for these as well)
Guests who require a separate invoice are asked to provide the different billing address at the time of booking. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made afterward.
On-site costs: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.Cancellations made later will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; please call us 1 hour before arrival. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. Included services: Wi-Fi, parking, final cleaning, bed linens, towels. Additional fees: laundry service, breakfast service. Guests who require a separate invoice are asked to provide the different billing address at the time of booking. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after the fact.
