We were confused at first when it said “Résidence des seniors”, but it was explained that there are both flats for independent senior living and short stay flats for anybody to stay in. Otherwise service was really excellent and very friendly and we had a two bed flat that was impeccable, complete with open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with appliances and TV. Would book again

Spacious apartment. Good connections for excursions in the area of Baie de Somme. Right next to the old town of Abbeville for a coffee on the terras or a baguette from the local bakery. Indoors the résidence it is quite warm, probably why it is a retirement home. All-in-all recommended.

Very clean, spacious and secure. Nice breakfast too. Because it was an apartment, we were able to heat up ready meals so saved on the cost of eating out (there was a major supermarket close by). Very secure and quiet with plenty of parking. The pool looked good but didn't use it. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Only thing that could be a problem to some was .. no hairdryer in the room.
