About this apartment rental
The property is a 400-year-old winegrower’s farmstead with plenty of historic charm. The first floor occasionally houses a traditional Heuriger (open up to three months a year), where you can enjoy regional wine and culinary specialties.
The apartment itself is located on the first floor and spans two levels. The lower level features a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, dining table, and kitchen, as well as a balcony open to guests. On the upper level, you’ll find a bedroom with a magnificent view, a second bathroom, and a desk.
The courtyard is shielded from the street and offers a quiet spot to relax or play. This way, you’ll experience the authentic atmosphere of a winemaker’s farmhouse combined with modern comforts.
Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire maisonette, the courtyard, and the first-floor balcony. There are short-term parking spots right outside the front door for quick loading and unloading. For longer-term parking, you can use the free parking lot about a five-minute walk away.
