AVOID NOVASOL AT ALL COSTS – The Worst Accommodation Experience I Have Ever Had
If you're considering booking accommodation through NovaSol – DON'T. What my party and I experienced was so far beyond unacceptable that I feel compelled to warn every other potential traveler.
We arrived at the property on the agreed check-in date, full of expectation after paying for what was supposed to be a clean, livable house. Instead, we were met with a house in such a disgusting, filthy state that it was completely impossible to stay there. Dirt was everywhere. Old food waste lay rotting – crawling with larvae. The stench was so vile you could smell it before you even stepped inside.
We immediately called the property owner on the number provided by NovaSol. No answer. No response. Nothing. We were left standing there with nowhere to stay – completely abandoned.
So what do you do? You're obviously forced to find new accommodation that same evening, because you still need somewhere to sleep. So that's what we did – at our own expense.
Only the next day, when a cleaner finally showed up, was what we already knew confirmed: the property was uninhabitable. She herself testified to the filth, the stench, and the rotting, larvae-infested food waste.
But the worst part wasn't over yet. When we contacted NovaSol to request a refund – since they had, after all, failed to deliver what they'd sold us: accommodation you can actually live in – we were met with a complete refusal to take responsibility. Instead of acknowledging their own failure, they chose to blame US. Claimed we hadn't followed their "procedures" and hadn't given them "reasonable time" to resolve the situation. As if it's reasonable to expect anyone to sleep among larvae and rotting food waste while waiting for NovaSol to act.
Then they simply ended the call. No resolution. No apology. No refund.
