About this house rental
On the banks of the Canal du Midi and 15 minutes from the beaches, stay in a holiday home within a private residence with swimming pools. The accommodations are located in a quiet, wooded area. On the first floor, it comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, television), and a separate WC. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second "cabin" bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom. A travel cot and high chair are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. This 40 m² one-bedroom apartment has just been completely renovated, and the bedding is new. It also features a small private garden with a shaded terrace. WIFI. The secure residence with a caretaker includes a large outdoor summer swimming pool with a wading pool, as well as a covered and heated winter swimming pool (closed in summer), a restaurant/snack bar, a playground, a multi-sports court, pétanque courts, and a laundry room (for a fee). A parking space is reserved for you. The location is ideal: on the banks of the Canal du Midi for enjoying beautiful walks, 15 minutes from the beaches (Valras or Vendres) while being away from the crowds, between the Nine Locks of Béziers and the pretty village of Colombiers. The owners live 15 minutes away. Whether you are with family, friends, as a couple or on a solo getaway, this accommodation will suit you perfectly.
