ERZGEBIRG, HOW BEAUTIFUL YOU ARE! A warm “GLÜCK AUF” to our beautiful mountain town of Eibenstock! As children, we got to watch our parents welcome vacationers into our two-story family home. We remember many lovely people, with whom we formed long-lasting friendships. Guests loved coming to stay with us to spend the most wonderful time of the year here in the Ore Mountains. For my brother and me, it was an exciting time filled with many wonderful experiences and encounters. Now we’re reviving the tradition and are delighted that you’ve found us… the GOLDHAHN VACATION APARTMENTS (named after our parents). Both of our vacation apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll stay in newly renovated apartments—some of which are wheelchair-accessible—consisting of a hallway, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), and separate bedrooms. All rooms are inviting, modern, comfortable, and partly furnished with new furniture. All shopping options are within a 5- to 7-minute walk (bakeries, butchers, supermarkets).
KITCHENS:
Our attic vacation apartment sleeps four people, and an extra bed can be added in the living room if needed. It features two separate bedrooms (one with a large double bed and the other with two large twin beds), a living room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Bedding, towels, and basic amenities are provided. A TV and radio provide entertainment. In addition, a child’s high chair that can be secured to the table, a washing machine in the apartment, and a dryer on the first floor (in the hallway) are available.
Outside, you’ll find patio furniture and a barbecue area with a magnificent view. We look forward to your visit!
On-site fees: A 30% deposit is charged 10 days after booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If possible, we will welcome you in person; otherwise, you will find the keys in the coded key safe (the code will be sent to you via email or text message 1–2 days before arrival). A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per adult per night will be charged separately on site. Children aged 12 and older: €1.25 per night. Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge. Use of the dryer and washing machine is subject to a fee. Smokers may use the outdoor area. In the attic apartment, access through the landlord’s unit may be necessary if required, as the water supply is located in a separate private room. We ask that you wear slippers inside the apartment.
