Studio apartment consisting of:
kitchen/living room with a sofa bed (French style) air-conditioned
double bed
full bathroom with shower
parking space in the parking areas designated for non-residents on the island of Ortigia; the historic center is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so non-residents’ cars cannot park within Ortigia
