32m² apartment for 4 to 6 people with a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a mezzanine with BZ 2 places. Summer kitchen, 30m² terrace with garden furniture and dining area to relax on summer evenings.

Bedroom linen and towels are provided in the price of your rental.
You will have access with a badge that will be given to you on arrival to the 2 swimming pools of the condominium, one of which has on-site catering with a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio to relax. For sports enthusiasts, tennis and paddle courts are nearby (for a fee).
Hiking departures in the maquis are located near your apartment where you can admire the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
A 3-minute drive away, you will find all the shops (supermarket, vegetable shops, bakery, butcher, shops...) and a white sandy beach with many restaurants with your feet in the sand!!
Many water sports possible (jet-ski, towed buoy, diving), sea trip (Calanques de Piana, Sanguinaires Islands, Bonifacio) sea shuttle (Porticcio Ajaccio) every hour, the crossing lasts 20 minutes.
You are 45 minutes from the Vizzavona pass, 45 minutes from Sartène and Propriano, 1h30 from Bonifacio and 40 minutes from Cargèse.
