About this house rental
Located right on Lake Dillon and within walking distance to town, the Dillon Amphitheater, and canoe rental shops, this 5-bedroom home comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests (with two additional sofas). Just 7 miles from Keystone Ski Resort and 15 miles from Breckenridge, it’s the perfect base for both summer and winter adventures.

PLEASE NOTE
• This home does not have air conditioning. As is common for homes in the mountains, AC is rarely needed due to the mild summer climate. We recommend opening the windows in the evenings to enjoy the fresh mountain air and natural cooling.
• Canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks are not stored on the property to avoid liability concerns, but guests are welcome to bring their own. As a thank you, we provide a gift card with each reservation for two free paddle or kayak rentals through Stand Up Paddle Colorado—just a short walk from the home.
This property includes an attached casita/guesthouse designated for the caretaker and co-host. It will remain unoccupied during guest stays, and access is only through the front door, ensuring complete guest privacy throughout the main house.

This house is perfect for a large family like ours (6 adults, one adolescent and one child). The location was particularly good, as we had direct access to the lake (although the lake was low) with our kayaks and paddle board. We were supplied with everything we needed: plenty of kitchen equipment, modern appliances, comfortable beds and all the comforts that make this house a real home. The disposition of the rooms worked well to provide privacy for everyone. The sauna and play room were a plus. The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and generous. All in all, an excellent experience for all.

Fabulous! A little difficult to get our kayak to/from the lake, but worth it! Host is awesome! Hanging out on the deck was wonderful.

Great property right on the lake. Easy walk to restaurants and amphitheater. Very quiet and peaceful and great communication from the host. Definitely will try and stay.

Our family Christmas trip was amazing. The house fit us perfectly and had everything we needed including a Christmas tree!They went above our expectations. Would definitely come back.
