Cheap but filled with bugs.

It was rather cheap.

There were bugs EVERYTHERE. at the door, in the drawers, near the bed. There was mold in the bathroom and it was very dirty.

A Complete Nightmare: Health Hazard, Filthy, and Falsely Advertised! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not stay here under any circumstances. The photos on Booking.com have nothing to do with reality. This apartment is a severe health and safety hazard. Here is the reality of what we experienced: Extreme Dampness & Mold: The entire apartment is incredibly humid. The bed, pillows, and even our own clothes became damp and completely smelled like mold and moisture within just one day. There is massive water damage and mold on the walls and ceiling (especially in the bathroom). Pest Infestation: The place is crawling with ants and cockroaches. They were running all over the apartment, including on our clothes. Zero Cleaning: The apartment was absolutely filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. We opened a closet drawer and found a pile of eaten pistachio shells and dirty, used tissues left by previous guests. The bathroom floor was covered in dirt and debris, and there wasn't even a toilet brush. Severe Electrical Hazards: Multiple electrical sockets are literally ripped out of the walls with exposed wires (I have attached photos). On our last day, the power went out completely because the heavily leaking, wet bathroom ceiling caused a short circuit. I had to manually turn off the bathroom switch in the breaker box just to get the electricity back in the rest of the apartment. Fake Amenities: * No Wi-Fi: They left a paper with a QR code, but scanning it does nothing, and the network simply doesn't exist. Useless TV: There is a TV mounted on the wall, but the power cord literally does not reach the socket. It is impossible to turn it on. Broken Heaters: There were two space heaters in the room, but neither worked. It seems they were intentionally disabled so guests wouldn't use electricity to try and dry out the freezing, damp room. No Iron: Essential amenities for travelers are missing. We had to walk around in wrinkled, damp-smelling clothes.

Perfect

A clean place. I used the dry mode of AC to keep the room comfortable. It's not as terrible as mentioned in some comments.

I recommend the house keeper to change the old bed and materials.

I had 2 additional days booked and canceled them after 1 night.

I love this neighborhood, that the unit has a washing machine, and that there is a bus stop within one block of the unit.

The apartment was disgusting. There was a used tampon in the trash, mold on the walls, and ROACHES. The bed is also extremely old, hard, and has lumps.
