About this villa rental

We offer for rent our main residence, completely renovated in 2024. Beautiful Provençal house, facing south, with a beautiful garden of 2000m², quiet.
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, 200m² on 3 levels.
Large heated swimming pool 10m x 5m, salt.
First floor: large and very bright living room of 50m² opening onto the kitchen and the terrace, 1 toilet, 1 large master bedroom with its bathroom and toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and its bathroom-WC, 1 bedroom with double bed and its shower room.
Mezzanine floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and its bathroom, opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace.
Large south-facing terrace with table and chairs for up to 12 people. Garden furniture, sun loungers.
Internet, WiFi fiber.
Village center of Valbonne 2km. Bakery 5 minutes walk.
Nice airport 20 minutes away. Antibes, Cannes and beaches about 25 minutes away.

7 nights minimum.
Cleaning fee: 200 euros (not included).
Linen included.

Pets not allowed. The house is non-smoking.
