About this house rental
The house features a private garden in both the front and back, as well as parking. It is located within a residential complex with other villas, all surrounded by their own gardens and with access to shared amenities, such as a swimming pool and tennis court.
The apartment is located in the heart of Chianti, just 20 km from Siena and 40 km from Florence.
The house is spread over two floors: on the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds) and a second bathroom with a shower.
Out front, you’ll find a patio where you can eat, and out back, a very comfortable relaxation area with sofas.
You’ll also be joined by a cat named Kira, who’s used to spending all her time outdoors. We’ll take care of feeding her, but if guests would like, they’re welcome to feed her as well.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, a microwave, and linens. Various accessories for the tennis court and the pool are also included. There is a tourist tax of 2€ per person for the first 7 days, with an exemption for children under 14. Final cleaning costs amount to 50€ for 5 people and 40€ for up to 4 guests
In addition, there are extra charges for heating, firewood for the fireplace/stove, and air conditioning, which are billed for consumption exceeding 10 kW per day. The meter is read to calculate the amount, at a rate of 0.35 cents per kW consumed.

Great quiet location for visiting the Chianti region. The pool was pristine and delightful after a long day of sight-seeing.The value for a two-night stay with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was unbeatable. The internal rooms were clean albeit the decor was eclectic.The outside space needed some tidying and tending but it didn’t hamper our enjoyment. We liked the kitty that stopped by daily for a belly rub.FYI, the road to the property is gravel so your vehicle will fret dusty!
