Come visit us and stay in our newly renovated apartment with historic furnishings.
This self-contained vacation apartment is located on the outskirts of Himbach’s historic town center, as part of a former farmstead. Although the farm itself no longer exists, pigeons and chickens are still raised in the rear section of the property. Cider, a regional specialty, is aging in the old cellar.
The district of Himbach, one of three districts in the municipality of Limeshain, can look back on nearly 1,000 years of history. Close to Gelnhausen, Büdingen, Nidda, and Hanau, we are situated near the important trade route “Hohe Strasse,” which once ran from Paris all the way to Leipzig. The Bonifatius Route even runs right past the house.
In the summer, the wine tavern at the Backhaus opens just a few steps away, offering cozy evenings and pleasant conversation.
Wi-Fi, kitchen with stove, washing machine, TV, telephone, microwave, and refrigerator are available.
Please note: The accommodation spans two floors and is not wheelchair accessible!
Good access to the A45 for quick travel toward Gelnhausen, Aschaffenburg, or Frankfurt
