Our Services:
Bedding, fleece blankets, hand and bath towels, dish towels, dishwashing supplies including dishwasher detergent. Upon request, ironing facilities and a charcoal grill can also be provided. The small, lovingly designed garden may also be used by prior arrangement.
We’d be happy to arrange for fresh cow’s milk directly from the farm across the street—please feel free to ask!
In addition, every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., a food truck from a traditional Bad Windsheim bakery stops right in front of the house, where you can stock up on delicious bakery items for your stay.
At the entrance to Külsheim, about 50 meters from the accommodation, you’ll find another very special highlight: the “SpeiseKAMMER Franken,” where you can purchase regional products directly from the producers 24/7.

Terms & Conditions/Extras
We require a prepayment of 20% of the total accommodation price. The
advance payment is due no later than the third day after receiving the booking confirmation. The agreed-upon total accommodation price must be paid no later than 7 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made up to 20 days before arrival are free of charge. Starting on the 10th day before arrival, 80% of the agreed-upon total accommodation price will be charged.PGJyLz4Booking Information: Check-in is daily from 2:00 p.m. / Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Final cleaning is included in the price. However, in cases of extreme soiling, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees.

Apartment:

Welcome to the “Thermen-Blick” vacation rental! As the name suggests, our vacation rental is located right next to the Franken Therme in the Külsheim district of Bad Windsheim (about a 5-minute walk).

Completed in February 2025, the vacation apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need. You can look forward to a modern, practical, and lovingly furnished apartment for one to a maximum of four people (double bed; a sleeper sofa is available for the third person and beyond) with a living area of 45 square meters. Free Wi-Fi and a 55-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the living area provide you with the comforts you’re used to.


Sleeping arrangements: The living and sleeping areas, separated by a spacious mirrored closet, feature a fixed double bed. The sofa in the living area can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa if needed, creating up to 2 additional sleeping spots.


The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartments, a dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, and an oven with a 4-zone induction cooktop. Fully equipped with dishes, pans, pots, bowls, etc., the kitchen is perfect for cozy cooking.


The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a shelf for storing your personal belongings. There is also a clothes rack available for drying your swimwear after a visit to the thermal baths.


Parking: Parking spaces for your vehicle are available approximately 20 meters away.



Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
