It never happened !

It looked nice in the ad, however my guest, who had a confirmed réservation, learned upon arrival, that they were fully booked. I was never able to ascertain whether they accepted my guest or told him it wasn’t possible because the Hotel de Charm was unable to reach by telephone, despite four different 06 and 07 numbers that I tried. Belatedly they would reply to SMS with a long standard message that did NOT answer my question whatsoever!

I never actually saw it in person as I had reserved and paid for it for a guest.

Communication was quick and friendly, and her attention to detail made the experience truly special. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. J’ai mieux dormi dans un hôtel F1 que dans cet établissement, c’est dire à quel point le confort était décevant !

Le lieu.

L’expérience a malheureusement été décevante, ce qui est vraiment dommage au vu du prix de la nuit. * Accès à l’hôtel : à mon arrivée, j’ai dû appeler pour obtenir le code du portail, celui-ci n’étant pas indiqué dans le mail d’information reçu après le paiement. * Serviettes : une seule serviette était mise à disposition alors que nous étions deux personnes. J’ai dû demander une deuxième serviette. * Produits de toilette : le shampoing de l’ancien client avait été laissé dans la douche. J’ai donc dû demander du shampoing/gel douche. * Télévision : aucune connexion Internet, ce qui a rendu son utilisation particulièrement compliquée, voire impossible. * Literie : le lit était bien un véritable lit double, et non deux lits simples accolés, mais il présentait un creux très important au milieu. La sensation était celle de lattes cassées, ce qui a rendu la nuit particulièrement inconfortable. * Salle de bain et isolation : la porte coulissante de la salle de bain communiquait avec la chambre voisine. Bien que fermée, elle n’assurait aucune isolation phonique ni olfactive : nous entendions la télévision et les conversations des voisins, et l’odeur de cannabis était présente toute la nuit. * Équipements : compte tenu du prix de la nuitée, l’absence de café dans la chambre est également regrettable. En résumé, plusieurs détails qui auraient pu être facilement anticipés ou corrigés ont nui à notre séjour. C’est vraiment dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien, des équipements adaptés et une isolation plus efficace, l’expérience aurait pu être bien plus satisfaisante.

La tranquillité des lieux était appréciable, le personnel était accueillant et d'une bonne aide. J'ai passé un très bon weekend avec mon amie.

C'était la première fois que je réservait sur Booking donc je ne m'y connais peut-être pas très bien mais les photos sur le site montrait plusieurs chambres, ça m'a porté confusion quand j'ai vu que j'étais dans une chambre que je n'avais pas prévu d'avoir.
