The recent wooden extension allows you to enjoy a beautiful sea view, comfortably installed in a very cozy living room. The neat decoration of the house and its top-of-the-range equipment invite you to relax and will allow you to have an excellent stay.
The main assets of this beautiful Breton residence: its location 500m from the beach and its modern and neat decoration.
This house is really conducive to relaxation, with family or friends. The large kitchen, very well equipped, opens onto a large living room and a lounge area by the fireplace. It has 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds of 160x200 and a very large bed of 180x200, two bathrooms, a second lounge area - relaxation with a magnificent sea view.
The land of more than 2000m² has two beautiful terraces for outdoor lunch, while enjoying a magnificent sea view, in a very quiet area.
Note to families: the land is not entirely enclosed. The part that overlooks the road is well protected by a gate and a low wall but the part that overlooks the sea is not fenced. We therefore draw the vigilance of parents on this point.
IMPORTANT: Cleaning fees (€100/stay) and laundry fees (€60 optional) are to be paid on site at the beginning of the stay.
