Our cozy vacation home, Himmelsscheibe, is located in the tranquil village of Ziegelroda, surrounded by the charming, wooded landscape of the Ziegelroda Forest, near the FilmBurg Querfurt and just a short distance from the site where the famous Nebra Sky Disk was discovered.
Here you’ll find a peaceful, idyllic atmosphere perfect for rest and relaxation—or for a more active vacation with a variety of excursion and hiking opportunities.
The surrounding area offers a variety of excursion options, including the nearby Querfurt Castle and the Arche Nebra visitor center.

The Himmelsscheibe vacation home in Ziegelroda offers comfortable accommodations in an idyllic setting.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with two kitchen units, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer. A cozy living and dining room with access to the loggia and a guest restroom round out the amenities.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. Two additional rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for children or teenagers. Free Wi-Fi, parking, a barbecue area, and use of the garden are available.
On-site costs: Payment is made by bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. A security deposit of 200 euros must be provided upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 11:59 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over via a key box or in person. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). Any applicable fees (washing machine by arrangement). Included in the base price: towels, bed linens, basic amenities, Wi-Fi, parking, and heating.
Check-in is from 2:00 to 11:59 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
