About this apartment rental
Our vacation home can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 baby or toddler. It features 3 bedrooms with double beds and closets, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and changing table, as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen. The living area, featuring a smart TV and heated floors, is perfect for relaxing. A private garden and a patio for barbecuing round out the amenities. Dogs are welcome, but you must bring your own dog beds and towels. The Christof vacation home in Bodenmais is the ideal vacation spot for the whole family—dogs are also welcome. It’s located in a quiet spot on the outskirts of town, just a 15-minute walk from the market square, and can accommodate up to 7 people plus a baby. Dogs are allowed in the garden and inside the house but are not permitted to sleep on the upholstered furniture. In Bodenmais, visitors can enjoy numerous activities such as hiking, biking, skiing on the Großer Arber, and visits to the Silberberg with its summer toboggan run and mine. Wellness offerings and local attractions round out your stay. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A travel crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 5 EUR per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per adult per day and 1.80 EUR per child (ages 6–16) per day will be charged separately on-site. Additional fees: Stroller—- Rental fee: 30 EUR per stay; Baby carrier/backpack carrier -- Rental fee: 30 EUR per stay; Charging for electric vehicles -- Price calculated based on usage. A 40% prepayment is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than one week before arrival without further request.
