It was a nice place for a holiday!

The property is very nice. There is a swimming pool in the garden and it isn’t so hot there like in the city, because the area around the house is green with many trees and nice plants. The manager answers all requests very fast.

The electricity doesn’t work properly. Yo can’t use many electronic devices at the same time.

Una experiencia pésima

La ubicación es muy buena, playa a 5 minutos andando.

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue una auténtica decepción de principio a fin. Lo que encontramos al llegar estuvo muy lejos de lo que se anuncia en Booking y la actitud del anfitrión ante los problemas fue, en nuestra opinión, totalmente inaceptable. Antes de llegar preguntamos expresamente si podíamos aparcar nuestros dos vehículos y se nos aseguró que no habría ningún problema. Al llegar, no había espacio disponible para ninguno, a pesar de que el alojamiento aparece anunciado con parking gratuito y accesible. Una primera decepción nada más llegar. El apartamento tampoco estaba correctamente preparado para recibir huéspedes. Encontramos la cocina sucia, una cafetera usada y sin limpiar, papel higiénico ya empezado y colillas en el macetero del balcón. La suciedad de la cocina fue tal que decidimos no utilizarla durante toda nuestra estancia. Pero, sin duda, lo más grave fue la presencia de cucarachas dentro del apartamento. Primero encontramos pequeñas en el baño y, pensando que podía ser algo puntual, intentamos no darle demasiada importancia. Sin embargo, la última noche encontramos una cucaracha grande en el baño y otra en la pared situada justo encima del sofá cama. Cuando avisamos al anfitrión, su respuesta fue que “era algo normal”. Consideramos absolutamente inaceptable que la presencia de cucarachas dentro de un alojamiento se trate como algo normal. Como consecuencia, dejamos de sentirnos cómodos incluso para dormir en el salón, teniendo que reorganizarnos para que cinco personas durmiéramos en una sola habitación. Una situación completamente absurda después de haber pagado por un alojamiento con capacidad para varias personas. Además, durante la estancia sufrimos varios cortes de electricidad, llegando incluso a preocuparnos por los alimentos que teníamos almacenados en la nevera. Y la situación con la fianza de 100 € fue el colmo.

No es lo que parece

La ubicación, las vistas y el jardín. El piso tiene muchísimo potencial

En primer lugar contar que cuando reservé el apartamento, booking me cobro el importe total y se confirmó la reserva. Dos meses después, el establecimiento me volvió a cobrar dicho importe, cuando reclamé el duplicado del cobro, todo eran problemas para proceder a la devolución, incluso, tengo un mensaje en el que me dice "ya te lo he devuelto" y la semana siguiente cuando le volví a preguntar cuál era el problema de por qué no me devolvía el dinero me dijo que no lo había hecho todavia (¿entonces para qué confirma?. Tras la amenaza de acudir a la Policía, el rembolso se hizo de manera inmediata. Cometer un error es normal cuando hay muchas trasacciones, y más cuando se trata de un alojamiento turísitco que está en constante entradas/salidas pero la gestión de ese "conflicto" fue realmente bochornosa. Hoy me he despertado con otro cargo, la fianza se supone, el apartamento lo dejamos ayer en perfectas condiciones... veremos qué pasa, aún así ya he abierto el procedimiento se devolución en mi banco. En relación al apartamento hemos apreciado muchísimas carencias y faltas de detalle: los sofás están viejos, desaliñados y bajo nuestra percepción parece que los cojines no habían pasado por la lavadora desde su compra. No son nada cómodos. Las sábanas disponibles no servían para los sofás. No había almohadas para las cinco, ni toallas del baño, cuando la persona encargada del piso sabía cuántas personas íbamos a dormir porque le pasamos los DNI de todas. No hemos dispuesto de agua caliente en ningún momento durante la estancia, a pesar de encender la caldera, y el hecho de que sólo hubiera un rollo de papel higiénico roza lo avergonzable. En definitiva, pensamos que el piso no estaba especialmente sucio pero tampoco estaba limpio, a simple vista podia parecer que sí pero en realidad preparar los sofás para dormir nos dió bastante asco.
